If this is your first appointment, please ensure all forms have been filled out and signed.

Please bring loose and comfortable clothing such as shorts, t-shirts, or tank tops for your appointment.

Billing

Tyler Pearce Massage Therapy does not offer direct billing. After payment, the client will be provided an invoice by email. This invoice is for your records and to submit to your insurance provider if you have benefits.

A credit card is required to schedule appointments and will not be charged unless a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel their appointment is not provided or the client requests the practitioner to use the card on file for payment.
